Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the influence of the labor market on the educational strategies of future IT-specialists during their studies at the university. In the modern labor market, IT specialists are most in demand, so employers offer jobs to students and thereby increase the risks of their expulsion and failure to obtain a professional diploma. An educational organization in this situation bears financial risks to the state associated with the incomplete release of the planned number of specialists. Students, on the other hand, face the choice of solving financial problems in the present or getting a higher paying job in the future after graduation. The conclusions of the article are based on the results of a survey of IT students from one of the leading universities in Omsk (N=566, 2019). In accordance with the author's definition of an educational strategy, four educational strategies of students are identified. A risk group with a problematic strategy "work is more important than study" is described. The reasons for choosing such a strategy are revealed. At the end of the article, conclusions and recommendations are presented for resolving the conflict of interests of universities, the long-term interests of future IT specialists and the labor market

Abstract

The relevance of studying the problem related to the migration attitudes of young people in the Volga region is due to the activation of the processes of internal migration of young people, which are taking place at an active pace. Young people make up a significant part of emigrants, which is often due, on the one hand, to economic reasons – the search for better living conditions, and on the other hand, to socio–cultural reasons - a low level of patriotism. Many of the young people dream of going abroad because of the crisis political and socio-economic situation in Russia. Therefore, the study of emigration attitudes allows us to outline the main ways to reduce the migration moods of young Russians in order to consolidate them in the Russian regions.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the emigration attitudes of modern youth. The article examines the features of emigration attitudes of young Russians, reveals the relationship between patriotism and youth emigration, and assesses the current socio-political and socio-economic situation in the country.

Abstract

The article describes the understanding of the specifics of the social dynam- ics of the meaningful values of modern Russian youth, which will help determine the priority goals and objectives of measures aimed at strengthening patriotism and educating the younger generation of love for the Motherland. Considering this issue at the level of theoretical understanding, it can be noted the importance of advisory measures aimed at improving the meaning of life of representatives of the younger generation, since this is especially important right now, when there are crisis phenomena in society that require their solution. The relevance of the work is due to the fact that young people, as the most vulnerable segment of the Russian population, require special attention and approach. The lack of a per-manent source of income, unsettled life – all these are factors that can strengthen negative influence from the outside. In a globalizing world, when there are fewer and fewer borders, and the Internet is a space where often unverified information moves freely, there are "facts" that have not been confirmed, and the number of "fake" news is sometimes growing exponentially, patriotic education of modern youth is becoming more and more in demand

Abstract

The digitalization of society is rapidly changing the structure of social relations and creating new channels for the exchange of information. A significant share of the activity of the population has flowed to digital information platforms, massively represented by social networks. However, under the current conditions, the government system does not use information technology tools to receive and analyze feedback from the population. Based on theoretical background and applied research, an analysis was made of the theoretical substantiation of the prospects for using modern social networks built on the basis of digital platforms to form a feedback channel. The conclusions and provisions presented in the article are based on the results of the analysis of theoretical studies of russian and foreign sociologists. The work shows that digital sociology methods based on big data technologies are being developed and applied to solve applied problems. The author proposes the use of neural network technology to analyze the publications of social network users in order to analyze the effectiveness of regional management. The application of this method in the context of the digitalization of society makes it possible to convert the qualitative assessments of activities expressed by users of social networks, social media into quantitative indicators, highlighting the problems of regional management, according to the population of the regions

Abstract

The organization of the work of public authorities in the context of total digitalization is fundamentally changing approaches to the use of digital technologies and algorithms: the availability and mass use of modern information, analytical and communication technologies is one of the key conditions without which to achieve a breakthrough scientific, technological and socio-economic development of the Russian state will be extremely problematic. The article discusses the main aspects of the digitalization of public administration as part of the strategy for the development of the information society. The authors emphasize that the introduction of information and communication technologies in power structures raises issues of management quality, openness, transparency and trust in public authorities to a qualitatively different level. It is concluded that the creation of the infrastructure of the digital environment is a priority for the state's activity in digital transformation
