Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of numerous foreign sources devoted to the essence and peculiarities of the implementation of the concept of strategic communication in the activities of the power structures of Western countries. The main components of strategic communication are identified - the system of information and psychological confrontation, public diplomacy, public relations and information and psychological operations. The article describes the activities of special NATO Centers of Excellence in conducting subversive information and propaganda work in Russia and against Russia by means of information weapons. Special attention is paid to modern technologies of influencing people’s consciousness and methods of strategic communicators’ activities to ensure information dominance over competing countries, the formation of a given behavior algorithm for the objects of influence.

Abstract

The article examines the experience of classical European states with a unitary form of territorial and political structure in the field of formation and interaction with autonomous entities and communities on their territory.
Based on the study of the historical experience of Spain and Finland, the author concluded that autonomies effectively help prevent serious ethnopolitical conflicts.
As a result, in the article, based on the studied material, variants of the development of events with autonomous structures are proposed.

Abstract

The author in the article considers methodological aspects and directions in the study of social tension in society. At the same time, special attention is paid in the article to approaches to the problem of the dynamics of the formation of social tension in order to prevent a social explosion. To this end, the author analyzes a system of indicators and indicators of a socio-political nature that can be applied in practice to measure social tension and prevent negative social consequences caused by its increase.

The article discusses the factors that influence the system of labor incentives in modern organizations. The author examines the characteristics of modern youth as representatives of generations X and Y, analyzes the needs of young people that were not satisfied during remote work, identifies problems that affect the motivation of young generation employees in remote work and considers the possibility of using gamification tools to increase labor motivation young people working remotely.

Abstract

The article discusses the features of social and professional mobility of the modern generation of youth in the labor market. An idea is given about the main challenges of the modern education system within the framework of consumer society requests. Based on the study of educational mobility in the work, the problems of organizing the employment of young professionals, their consolidation in the organization are highlighted. The issues of partnership between universities and employers are revealed. It is established that young people do not always focus on long-term social and labor relations. In this regard, the emphasis is on ensuring an effective structure of youth employment, taking into account the increasing role of social partnership institutions.

Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the social risks of student employment in the context of modern challenges. This work contains an analysis of the positive and negative aspects associated with secondary employment, describes the essence of social risks as a phenomenon, reveals the relationship between these terms. The article describes the problem of inconsistency between institutions of higher education and secondary employment. This work contains recommendations concerning the improvement of the process of secondary employment, as well as minimizing the existing risks of employment of students of higher education.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the impact of the phenomenon of digital inequality on social health. It is argued that social health can be considered as the presence of such a system of social ties that ensures the inclusion of a person in society, minimizing factors that undermine physical and mental health. In the context of the transformation of public institutions and social practices associated with the transition to a post-industrial society, an extensive zone of social risks is being formed. By social risks, we mean such a transformation of social reality, such an implementation of certain states of the social system that can lead to the weakening and destruction of the social system or cause any damage to the perceiving subject. In relation to social health, the fundamentally important risks are the crisis of the welfare state and the phenomenon of digital inequality, which in the new conditions becomes a factor either mitigating the consequences of the crisis of traditional social security structures, or one of the forms of structural violence.

Abstract

In the article author considers the phenomenon of legal culture. It’s shown that the legal culture is studied within the framework of the sociology of law and the sociology of management. The emphasis is placed on the fact that it’s extremely important to distinguish between the legislative, formal consolidation of legal relations and their real embodiment in the life of individuals, social groups, organizations. The author presents a study of legal phenomena at the macrosociological and microsociological levels. At the macrosociological level of legal phenomena the social causes that caused these norms of law and their consequences are investigated. Microsociological directions are quite productive for the study of legal culture. Followers of microsociological approaches developed the idea that the legal system exists not only in the form of an objective structure that is external to individuals. It develops in the course of interaction between individuals who are bound by a certain subjective meaning. The sociological approach to legal culture allows us to interpret it as part of the general culture. Legal culture is embodied in legal knowledge, legal consciousness, legal norms, legal attitudes, and legal behavior. In the article, the author presents the results of an empirical study, which are interpreted using a microsociological approach.

Abstract

Traditionally, interest in the topic of loyalty is widespread in the service sector and there is practical interest in this, since the management and evaluation of customer loyalty is an important part of the work of campaigns in various fields of activity. Considering the problem of loyalty, one cannot but pay attention to the peculiarity in which a loyal customer of a brand has loyalty to this company, while not performing a targeted action and not purchasing a product. This article discusses the author›s approach to the problem of brand loyalty, considers the main loyalty trends that prevail in the Russian and foreign markets, and also provides the most successful, in the author›s opinion, examples of effective brand loyalty programs.
