Abstract

At present, there are crisis trends in the educational sphere associated with the gap between the social demand for the training of highly qualified specialists and the trends in the formation of quasi-specialists at the exit from higher educational institutions. This indicates the presence of internal contradictions in the education system that determine the violation of its functionality.

The relevance of the study of violations in the educational system is directly determined by the social significance of effective education and the need to determine the causes and grounds of its functional disorders.

The purpose of the study is to identify the main social contradictions that determine the violation of the functionality of the education system.

The results of the study include the identification of a number of key contradictions of the modern education system. The first contradiction is related to the excessive bureaucratization of the educational system. In this regard, over time, there is a gap between macro and micro levels in the educational process, since students and teachers in their daily activities, interaction with each other, create their own social reality, which is dominated by a certain system of values relevant to them, which can counterbalance what state policy imposes in the sphere of education, and that thus leads to functional contradictions in modern Russian education. Growing, functional contradictions act as explicit signs of a symbolic struggle that flares up between agents who legitimately distribute symbolic capital, on the one hand, and those agents, on the other hand, who see an opportunity to distribute forces in the social field of the educational environment differently. The study provides a detailed analysis of these contradictions and substantiates the need for further research activities aimed at identifying the internal logic of the functional violation of the educational system and ways to overcome existing contradictions.

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of determining the possibilities and limits of using the experience of the Russian state in the field of formation and implementation of information policy in the pre-revolutionary and Soviet periods in modern conditions. It is noted that the activity in the information sphere itself is not something new for the centuries-old national statehood, at the same time, in concrete historical conditions, it has formal and substantive features. Taking into account the latter is extremely necessary when trying to use the past experience of implementing information policy at the present time.
