POLITICS AND SOCIETY
The article attempts to understand the phenomenon of the emergence of autonomous entities in the territorial-political system of modern states. In addition, the features of interaction between autonomous regions and the national government are analyzed.
At the same time, the article offers its own typology of autonomies based on the studied empirical material.
The article analyzes the branch documents of the strategic planning of the Russian Federation and the relevant normative acts that form the conceptual and legal basis of the state policy of modern Russia in relation to urban passenger transport. It clarifies the role and place of this type of public transport in the transport system of the country as a whole and urban-type spatial formations in particular, determines the perspective directions of its development and the tasks aimed at ensuring them in the field of state policy.
The article analyzes the documents of strategic planning of modern Russia in such areas as ensuring national security, ethno-national, cultural, migration, transport, youth policy, as well as spatial development, in which the information aspect is more or less revealed. This allows us to consider these documents not only as specialized, but also as intersectoral, and information policy – as a complex and multistructural phenomenon that has in its main directions close relationships with other areas of activity of the modern Russian state within the country and in the international arena.
SOCIOLOGY OF CULTURE
The article is devoted to the study of literary creativity as a social phenomenon. The influence of literary works on the worldview of members of society and their social activity is investigated. The entertainment, value, educational functions of literary creativity are analyzed. It is proved that in the context of a cultural crisis, the activities of commercially oriented literary institutions can help to reflect and consolidate crisis trends. Current trends in representation of negative social models in the literature are assessed and risks associated with them are assessed. The specifics of the institute of literary prizes are considered and the question is raised about its socio- saving significance.
REGIONAL SOCIOLOGY
The article analyzes the results of repeated-comparative (2010-2021) sociological studies of the group identity of the population of the multiethnic South of Russia. Against the background of the prevalence of identifications with groups of everyday communication (age and professional), the ethnoterritorial specificity of the identity structure is revealed. A higher and growing importance of civil identity for the population of the Rostov region is recorded. Whereas for the representatives of the republican segment (Adygea and Dagestan), ethnic and North Caucasian we-identifications are more important. The continuing discrepancy in the structure of group identity across the subregions of the South of Russia complicates the societal integration of the multi-component macroregion.
PROBLEMS OF MODERN PROCESSES
The article raises the topic of the participation of schools in the formation of safe behavior of children and adolescents on the Internet. The results of the author’s empirical research undertaken to find out the situation with the presentation of the topic of Internet safety of children on the official websites of Russian schools are presented. The analysis of the results of the study suggests that not all Russian schools are aware of their role in the formation of children’s skills of safe behavior in the Network and their capabilities in working with parents. The authors propose measures aimed at improving the situation.
The migration policy of the European Union appears to be a key trend in ensuring the security of the countries of the European Union. The migration crisis, which formed financial, cultural, and criminal pressure on all member states of the Union, revealed a number of problems - from the lack of an appropriate legal framework regulating mass migration to deep disagreements between various political forces and states. Accordingly, to overcome the crisis, new legal and organizational formats have become necessary, which would make it possible to combine the common line of the European Union in the field of migration with the national interests of the member states. This has found expression in the principle of flexible solidarity, which is at the heart of an effective and secure European migration policy.
The article deals with the current problems of the EU migration policy. Analyzed the regulatory and legal documents adopted to resolve this issue in 2020-2021. The positions of supporters and opponents of modern migration policy among the leaders of the EU member states are noted. The conclusion is made about the doubtfulness of combining the principles of solidarity and fair distribution of responsibility in the migration policy pur[1]sued by the European Commission.
ASPECTS
The article examines the essence and content of modern hybrid wars. The analysis of the existing points of view regarding the relevance of the application of the concept of hybrid war is carried out. The features of modern hybrid wars, the conditions necessary for successful preparation for them are shown. Problems are formulated and proposals are made to improve the effectiveness of the actions of the Russian state in the face of hybrid threats.
The People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation have been interacting with each other with great breadth for four centuries of their neighborhood. This strategic partnership occupies one of the most important places in Russian politics and economy. Since 2014, the Russian Federation has been in an extremely unstable situation of geopolitical turbulence due to the periodic introduction of international sanctions. Thus, due to the expansion of China’s potential on the world stage, the Russian Federation accepts the PRC as an ally with significant resources to help solve a complex of difficulties that have arisen in the economic, foreign policy and other spheres. However, despite the differences in the development of economic systems, the countries maintain stable and friendly relations.
This article describes the essence and nature of the interaction of Russian-Chinese relations at the present stage in the economic and political sphere of international relations.
