But any career-oriented individual is not free from gender stereotypes. The career orientation of young men and women contains a number of directly opposite constants. This is an opportunity for unlimited career growth. Everything is determined only by an active position, subjectivity, but not by gender. This and numerous practices of gender success in a career, regardless of gender. These are the restrictions imposed precisely by gender. In the article, the author presents the results of an empirical study of the ideas of young people and girls about a career, the fields of activity of men and women, the qualities of a successful man and woman in their careers.
