Global cyberspace challenges in the context of new socio-political chan- ges

Abstract

   The article examines international discourse on identifying the challenges of cyberspace in the context of new socio-political changes, emphasizing the uncertainty in regulatory approaches to the application of the new technologies. The author applies the comparative-political method to analyze the theoretical aspects of cybersecurity as an integral part of national and international security. As a conclusion, necessary measures are justified.
