Social and professional mobility of young people and flexible employment
Abstract
The article discusses the features of social and professional mobility of the modern generation of youth in the labor market. An idea is given about the main challenges of the modern education system within the framework of consumer society requests. Based on the study of educational mobility in the work, the problems of organizing the employment of young professionals, their consolidation in the organization are highlighted. The issues of partnership between universities and employers are revealed. It is established that young people do not always focus on long-term social and labor relations. In this regard, the emphasis is on ensuring an effective structure of youth employment, taking into account the increasing role of social partnership institutions.
