Features of non-material stimulation of youth labor in remote work conditions

Abstract

The article discusses the factors that influence the system of labor incentives in modern organizations. The author examines the characteristics of modern youth as representatives of generations X and Y, analyzes the needs of young people that were not satisfied during remote work, identifies problems that affect the motivation of young generation employees in remote work and considers the possibility of using gamification tools to increase labor motivation young people working remotely.
