Transport and transit potential in national strategy of Russia
Abstract
The difficult military-political situation and instability in the zones of Eurasian transport corridors make the successful Russian experience of peacemaking and defeating international terrorist groups in demand among the states located there. In exchange for providing political, diplomatic and military assistance to destabilized countries, the Russian Federation could obtain from them the rights to joint control and access to transport corridors, participate in their development and management, and ensure their security on a reimbursable basis. It seems that the combination of these measures will allow Russia to fulfill the transit potential of this country and compensate for the economic, financial, technical and political risks that reduce it.At the same time, the article contains the points of such specialists as G.
