Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Author Guidelines
The materials intended for publication in the Journal should be submitted personally to the editorial secretariat in a hard and electronic version either sent by email to abp-rut@yandex.ru with two files (text of the article in Word format and scanned copies of paginated version of the paper signed by all the authors in PDF format).
The articles sent should meet the following rules:
- The volume of the paper should not exceed 10-12 pages. The format of the page should be А4, typed with Times New Roman font type, 14 pt, with 1,5 spacing, e. font type, 14 pt, spacing 1,5; indent of first paragraph line - 1,25 cm, margins: 30mm at the top and from the left, 20 mm at the bottom and from the right. Articles should be typed at one side of the sheet. Footnotes should be with separate numbering at each page.
- All symbols that cannot be typed should be written by hand legibly with black ink in large letters.
- The formulas should be additionally marked and explained at the margins. The sources should be provided for with bibliographical references.
- Tables, diagrams, graphs, figures, pictures and other illustrations should be embedded directly in the text of the article. They should be numbered and titled. At the same time, tables should have a title placed above the table field, and figures should have captions. If several tables and/or figures are used in the article, their numbering is mandatory.
- The numbered list of references should be composed in alphabetical order, indicating the sources in Russian first, then in foreign languages, it is placed at the end of the article. In the text document, the article must be preceded by:
- author's reference in Russian indicating full name (-s), official name of the organisation of affiliation, position, academic degree and e-mail address;
- an abstract of 10-15 lines in Russian and English;
- a list of 3-4 keywords in Russian and English; each keyword or phrase been separated from the other by a semicolon.
Articles that are not formatted in accordance with the requirements are not accepted for publication.
The authors are responsible for the selection and reliability of the inserted facts, citations, statistical and sociological data, proper names, geographical names and other information. Published materials may not reflect the views of the founder, editorial board or editorial office.
By submitting a manuscript to the Journal, the author undertakes not to publish it either in full or in part in another edition without the consent of the editors of the Journal. When reprinting, a reference to the Journal is required.
The decision on possibility of publication is made within 2 months from the date of registration of the manuscript in the editorial office. The texts of the articles rejected by the editorial board are not returned to the author. However, at the request of the author, a reasoned refusal is sent to the author in writing.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.
Internet links are provided as a complete URL.
Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text (and not at the end of the document).
Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in Regulations located in the Part "About Us."
Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the anonymity of reviewing.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

Privacy Statement
Specified when registering the names and addresses will be used solely for technical purposes of a contact with the Author or reviewers (editors) when preparing the article for publication. Private data will not be shared with other individuals and organizations.
