Nomenclature privatization - a source of corruption schemes in Russia
Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the emergence of corruption schemes in Russia, shows the prerequisites for this phenomenon, resulting from unfair competition, nomenclature privatization leading to its opposite – corruption.
