Social infrastructure of the state: features of formation and trajectories of evolution in modern conditions
Abstract
The article presents a detailed analysis of the emergence of the concept of "social infrastructure", as well as an analysis aimed at studying the role of infrastructure in the life of modern society.
The first part of the article talks about the origin of the concept of "social infrastructure", starting from the late 40s of the twentieth century. The research of foreign scientists, such as Rosenstein–Rodan, as well as the works of domestic specialists, such as S. A. Heyman, are considered.
The following describes the changes embedded in the definition of "social infrastructure" as it develops. Various aspects are considered in detail, which were gradually added to the concept of the term.
After that, the role of social infrastructure is considered using the example of agriculture. A discussion is given about the problems in this area, the solution of which directly depends on the development of infrastructure projects.
At the end of the article, a conclusion is drawn about the relationship between the economic situation and social infrastructure. The importance of the development of this industry is emphasized separately.
