Readiness of young experts to interact with the military organization of the state

Abstract

The aggravated military-political situation in Russia and in the world as a whole complicates the search for effective ways to attract the potential of the entire society. There is a massive increase in the interest of civil society in Russia in including political and military decisions in the management decision-making process. In this regard, young specialists in various butt and military fields are of particular value. At the same time, a complex of their internal beliefs is critical, which can be indicated by such cornerstone concepts as a sense of patriotism, duty, honor, deep awareness of the current military-political situation. The article gives a section of such beliefs of young people, obtained as a result of sociological research. The aggregated indicator of youth readiness for military service is assessed as "moderate," and can be perceived as a holistic reserve for inclusion in full interaction with the military organization of the state.
