Утрата обаяния свободы или о дефиците демократических процедур
Аннотация
В статье раскрываются проблемы трансформации демократии в современных обществах, роль современных интернет коммуникаций, информационных технологий и социальных сетей в изменении политических установок общества. В статье интерпретируются социологические оценки общественного мнения системы государственного управления и государственной политики. По результатам исследования делается вывод о наличии существенных негативных оценок существующей системы государственного управления, недостатков процессов демократического управления, дефицита легитимности политических решений органов публичной власти современных государств.
