В статье анализируются основные подходы к определению приоритетных направлений региональной политики РФ и выбору конкретных инструментов их реализации в современных условиях, обозначенные в работах ряда отечественных исследователей- теоретиков и экспертов-практиков в конце 1990-х гг. – начале XXI в. Обращается особое внимание на положения и выводы, сформулированные ранее и сохраняющие свою актуальность сегодня, а также указываются возможные векторы практического использования отдельных наработок прошлого для целей текущей и перспективной региональной политики Российского государства
The article analyzes the main approaches to determining the priority directions of the regional policy of the Russian Federation and the choice of specific tools for their implementation in modern conditions, identified in the works of a number of domestic researchers, theorists and expert practitioners in the late 1990s – early XXI century. Special attention is paid to the provisions and conclusions formulated earlier and still relevant today, also possible vectors of practical use of individual developments of the past for the purposes of the current and prospective regional policy of the Russian state are indicated
