В статье рассматриваются проблемы диспропорции в развитии регионов, проблемы экономического и социокультурного застоя в развитии малых городов, в том числе наукоградов. Делается акцент на необходимости ускоренной реализации целенаправленного управления развитием городов. Дан анализ исследования проблем и причин потери качества жизни населения малых городов-наукоградов, а также актуализация возможности их решения. Подчеркнута проблема наукоградов в дефиците земельных ресурсов для размещения производств. Сегодня модель активной социальной политики способна ускорить повышение уровня и качества жизни всех категорий городов.
The article deals with the problems of disproportion in the development of regions, the problems of economic and socio-cultural stagnation in the development of small towns, including science towns. The emphasis is placed on the need for accelerated implementation of targeted urban development management. The analysis of the study of the problems and causes of the loss of the quality of life of the population of small science towns, as well as the actualization of the possibility of their solution, is given. The problem of science cities in the shortage of land resources for the placement of production is emphasized. Today, the model of active social policy is able to accelerate the improvement of the level and quality of life of all categories of cities.
