Статья посвящена анализу специфики формирования комфортной городской среды и ее качественных особенностей на примере Тамбовской области. Результаты эмпирического исследования, проведенного в г.Тамбове (2023), показали, что тамбовчане включают в понятие «комфортная городская среда» чистоту улиц, обустроенные места отдыха, наличие отремонтированных пешеходных дорог и тротуаров, а основными проблемами комфортной среды города Тамбова выступают наличие разнородной безвкусной рекламы на улицах города, неграмотный дизайн зданий и сооружений, отсутствие общественных туалетов, недостаточность внимания к молодежному и юношескому спорту. Экспериментальные данные свидетельствуют о необходимости организации открытого диалога жителей города с органами власти и формирования сетей публичных коммуникаций между региональными бюрократическими структурами и горожанами.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of the formation of a comfortable urban environment and its qualitative features on the example of the Tambov region. The results of an empirical study conducted in Tambov (2023) showed that Tambov residents include in the concept of "comfortable urban environment" the cleanliness of streets, equipped recreation areas, the presence of repaired pedestrian roads and sidewalks, and the main problems of the comfortable environment of the city of Tambov are the presence of heterogeneous tasteless advertising on the streets 15 of the city, illiterate design of buildings and structures, lack of public toilets, insufficient attention to youth and youth sports. Experimental data indicate the need to organize an open dialogue between city residents and authorities and the formation of networks of public communications between regional bureaucratic structures and citizens.
