В статье изложены некоторые социальные особенности преступности и ее противодействию в современном обществе, сформулирован авторский подход по отдельным вопросам противодействия преступности в социальной сфере. Сделаны выводы по совершенствованию деятельности правоохранительных органов и внесены предложения по повышению эффективности противодействия преступности в современном обществе. Материалы статьи могут быть использованы при совершенствовании законодательства и в практической деятельнoсти органов внутренних дел.

The article describes some of the social features of crime and its prevention in modern society, and presents the author's approach to specific   issues of crime prevention in the social sphere. The article draws conclusions on improving the activities of law enforcement agencies and makes suggestions for enhancing the effectiveness of crime prevention in modern society. The materials of the article can be used in the development of legislation and in the practical activities of law enforcement agencies.
