Статья представляет собой подробной обзор истории, развития и перспектив объединения BRICS на мировой политической арене.В начале статьи представлено краткое описание состава BRICSна 2024 год. Затем приводится историческая справка, повествующая о предпосылках создания союза BRICS. В ней подробно рассмотрено закрепления доллара на мировой арене, что, впоследствии, и привело к созданию BRICS. Следующим блоком идет описание целей BRICS, как международного объединения. Говорится об их преимуществах в сравнении и экономических показателях, которые смогли превзойти успехи США.Далее следует обзор на финансово-экономические аспекты BRICS. Уделяется большое внимание New Development Bank (Новому Банку Развития), созданному в рамках объединения государств, а также о личностных целях и интересах каждой из стран, состоящих в союзе.После этого рассматривается деятельность России в рамках BRICS. Представленная статья основывается на эмпирическом материале, в том числе на выступлениях и заявлениях политиков, как, например, недавнее интервью министра финансов Антона Силуанова, который рассказал о возможности создания новой расчетной единицы и перехода к цифровым экономическим технологиям.Затем сказано о проблемах стран BRICS как во взаимоотношениях между собой, так и во внутренней структуре отдельных государств. Представлены ключевые конфликты союзнических стран на политической арене, которые вредят развитию организации. Большое внимание уделяется сильному различию интересов, которое напрямую негативно сказывается на дальнейшем развитии организации.В завершении статьи рассмотрены вопросы перспектив BRICS и возможных направлений развития на современном этапе с учетом особенностей экономических и политических амбиций каждой страны. Представлен обзор конкретных программ, согласно которым можно наблюдать тенденции дальнейшего формирования политики в рамках BRICS.В целом, статья представляет обширный обзор BRICS, включая её историю, текущую концепцию и состояние, проблемы, с которым столкнулось объединение, а также перспективы развития, которые ожидают организацию в ближайший период.
The article provides a detailed overview of the history, development and prospects of the BRICS association in the global political arena.At the beginning of the article, a brief description of the composition of BRICS for 2024 is presented. Then the historical part of the article is presented, which tells about the prerequisites for the creation of the BRICS union. It examines in detail the consolidation of the dollar on the world stage, which, subsequently, led to the creation of BRICS. The next block describes the goals of BRICS as an international association. It tells about their advantages in comparison and economic indicators that could surpass the success of the United States.This is followed by an overview of the financial and economic aspects of BRICS. Great attention is paid to the New Development Bank, created within the framework of the union of states, as well as to the personal goals and interests of each of the countries in the union.After that, the activities of Rossi within the framework of BRICS are considered. The written material is based on a recent interview with Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, who spoke about the possibility of creating a certain unit of account and switching to digital economic technologies.Then it is said about the problems of the BRICS countries both in their relations with each other and in the internal structure of individual states. The key conflicts of the allied countries in the political arena that harm the development of the organization are presented. Much attention is paid to the strong difference of interests, which directly negatively affects the further development of the organization.At the end of the article, the issues of BRICS prospects and possible directions of development at the present stage are considered, taking into account the peculiarities of the economic and political ambitions of each country. An overview of specific programs is presented, according to which it is possible to observe trends in further policy formation within the framework of BRICS.In general, the article provides an extensive overview of BRICS, including its history, current concept and status, the problems faced by the association, as well as the development prospects that await the organization in the near future.
