В статье на основе принципа развития раскрывается сущность, содержание и динамика битвы за Москву в 1941 году между Красной Армией и фашистской Германией. Дается развернутая характеристика особенностей боевых действий воинов Красной Армии в период обороны и в ходе успешных наступательных операций. При этом дается системный анализ мужеству, стойкости и отваги красноармейцев на всех этапах проведения стратегической операции. Характеризуются  положения единства фронта и тыла Советского Союза в битве за столицу, обосновываются политические, экономические и духовные слагаемые разгрома немецко-фашистских войск под Москвой, раскрывается политическое и военное значение сражения за столицу в Великой Отечественной войне.

Based on the principle of development, the article reveals the essence, content and dynamics of the Battle for Moscow in 1941 between the Red Army and Nazi Germany. A detailed description of the features of the fighting of the soldiers of the Red Army during the period of defense and during successful offensive operations is given. At the same time, a detailed analysis is given of the courage, steadfastness and bravery of the Red Army soldiers at all stages of the strategic operation. The positions of the unity of the front and rear of the Soviet Union in the battle for the capital are characterized, the political, economic and spiritual components of the defeat of the Nazi troops near Moscow are substantiated, the political and military significance of the battle for the capital in the Great Patriotic War is revealed.
