   В статье обозначается проблема незавершенности процесса определения предметного поля такого комплексного направления научных исследований в рамках политологии, как политическая регионалистика. Особо отмечается специфика отечественной политической регионалистики, ее становления в 1990-е гг. и текущего этапа развития. Автором предлагается развивать междисциплинарность региональных политических исследований и поддерживать имеющуюся тенденцию к их предметной трансграничности.

   The article identifies the problem of the incompleteness of the process of determining the subject field of such a complex direction of scientific research in the framework of political science as regional political studies. The specifics of the domestic regional political researches, its formation in the 1990s and the current stage of development are particularly noted. The author proposes to develop the interdisciplinarity of regional political studies and maintain the existing trend towards their subject cross-border nature.
