Миграционная политика Европейского союза представляется ключевым трендом в обеспечении безопасности стран Европейского союза. Миграционный кризис, сформировавший финансовое, культурологическое, криминогенное давление на все государства-члены союза выявил целый ряд проблем – от отсутствия соответствующей правовой базы, регулирующей массовую миграцию до глубоких разногласий между различными политическими силами и государствами. Соответственно для преодоления кризиса стали необходимы новые правовые и организационные форматы, которые позволили бы совместить общую линию Европейского союза в сфере миграции с национальными интересами государств-членов. Это нашло выражение в принципе так называемой «гибкой» солидарности.

В статье рассмотрены актуальные проблемы миграционной политики ЕС. Проанализированы нормативно-правовые документы, принятые для урегулирования данного вопроса в 2020-2021 гг. Отмечены позиции сторонников и противников современной миграционной политики среди лидеров государств-членов ЕС. Делается вывод о сомнительности совмещения принципов солидарности и справедливого распределения ответственности в миграционной политике, проводимой Европейской комиссией.

The migration policy of the European Union appears to be a key trend in ensuring the security of the countries of the European Union. The migration crisis, which formed financial, cultural, and criminal pressure on all member states of the Union, revealed a number of problems - from the lack of an appropriate legal framework regulating mass migration to deep disagreements between various political forces and states. Accordingly, to overcome the crisis, new legal and organizational formats have become necessary, which would make it possible to combine the common line of the European Union in the field of migration with the national interests of the member states. This has found expression in the principle of flexible solidarity, which is at the heart of an effective and secure European migration policy.

The article deals with the current problems of the EU migration policy. Analyzed the regulatory and legal documents adopted to resolve this issue in 2020-2021. The positions of supporters and opponents of modern migration policy among the leaders of the EU member states are noted. The conclusion is made about the doubtfulness of combining the principles of solidarity and fair distribution of responsibility in the migration policy pur[1]sued by the European Commission.
